Book our services, for example, as regular support for the installation of updates or for the adaptation of your working environment to the latest EPLAN version. We are also happy to support you with tips and tricks for your daily engineering work.

General conditions
- The contract relationship always begins on 1 January of each year and is concluded for an indefinite period.
- The service quota always refers to the term of one calendar year. The annual service quota is fully available even if the contract is concluded during the year.
- The EPLAN Consulting subscription is automatically renewed from 01.01. of the following year at the full annual fee and full term.
- Service quotas not called up within the specified billing period expire. They cannot be carried over into the next year.
- The service quota can be called up as usual via Central Scheduling.
- The retrieved times are recorded by proof - The appointment must be made within the term.
- On-site services can only be performed on a full-day basis.
- Additional travel costs and expenses are incurred when performing on-site services.
- Separate terms and conditions apply to the eLAB.
